Outcome
Keen on Rentals uses a combination of residential housing, established trees and larger-scale buildings to communicate the breadth of its property-management services. The illustration gives the brand an immediate connection with property while helping position the company as approachable and locally focused.
Warm orange adds an optimistic, friendly personality, contrasted against strong dark typography for professionalism and clarity. The outcome is an accessible property-management identity that feels trustworthy and practical while remaining distinctive enough to build strong recognition within the rental market.
