It provides financial and strategic advice principally in relation to significant developments in a company’s growth strategies and capital structure. This regularly involves the business in such matters as mergers, takeovers, divestments, capital raising and debt arrangement.
Antipodes is typically involved in the evaluation, as well as structuring, negotiation and execution of these projects. Antipodes also provides general corporate finance advice.
In addition to its core investment banking activities, Antipodes and its Directors invest as principals in emerging New Zealand-based companies.

The Antipodes identity was developed to communicate stability, professionalism and confidence within the private investment banking sector. Its structured architectural symbol creates a sense of strength and permanence, while the arched upper section adds a distinctive visual element that separates the brand from more conventional financial identities.
A restrained combination of deep blue and muted bronze reinforces trust, experience and sophistication. Paired with clean, understated typography, the finished identity presents Antipodes as an established and credible financial organisation with a premium, corporate presence.

The general purpose of the site was to establish an internet presence for prospective clients to review the company’s background, personnel and associated partners and clients. The look and feel had to relay a sense of professionalism and sophistication that would allow visitors to feel confident they were engaging with an established and well-trusted organisation.
